Phillipines, Indonesia are not super powers. Too small. Canada and Australia both have a lot of territory but too little population to be super powers. Canada has 30 million people. Australia has 20 million people. Russia has triple digits people. Brazil is not a super power because cannot make its own military hardware and has no nukes.

Correct, but neither is a super power. Congo cannot make its own military hardware and France is under 700,000 square kilometers.
