Outrageous: Tailor sued for not stitching pockets

LAHORE: A tailor was issued a notice by a consumer court on Friday for stitching a bad suit in 2014. The disgruntled customer has demanded Rs300,000 as damages saying that the tailor had “ruined” his Eid celebrations. Petitioner Muhammad Umar said he gave Arif, the proprietor of DEAF Tailors, Ravi Road, cloth to stitch three shalwar and kamees in 2014. He said he had asked Arif to stitch two pockets on each kamees but when he received the suits, there were no pockets on the kamees. “That ruined my Eid celebrations,” he said. Umar said he complained about the defect to Arif who told him that he was busy with his own Eid preparations and could not stitch pockets on them. Umar asked the court to direct Arif to pay him Rs300,000 as damages for that.

janaab haath thora hola rakhain:
he gave Arif, the proprietor of DEAF Tailors, Ravi Road,
he had asked Arif to stitch two pockets on each kamees but when he received the suits, there were no pockets on the kamees.

Talk about arrogance to the tailors...Sure they ruin our clothes they are only human who asks
Rs300,000
from a mazdoor? I mean if he had
Rs300,000
would he be a tailor or a snobbish cross-dresser claiming to be a designer whom the whole world tolerates and calls their mistakes as fashion

Arif who told him that he was busy with his own Eid preparations and could not stitch pockets on them.

. .
No not necessary. The amount sounds penalising and the case would be summarily thrown out in the arraignment itself.

Consequential damages needs to be proven. Can't be frivolous.
Have you been to Pakistan?

No. But I trust the logic in the most stupidest human mind as well. :D ( absolutely no offence to general pakistanis )
The relationship between Logic and corrupt legal systems was proven by JC report
