Actually the design should have been drawn and agreed upon. In uk, with smart formals, a shirt pocket is an absolute no.

Although consumer courts are good enough in Pakistan but the amount won't be given and the case may get rejected completely ... You need a good strong case to get damages like ' gourmet bakery sold me a rotten cake which made me sick and bcz if it I missed an important project' even in this case i doubt you will get 3 lakh on mental anguish much less the guy forgot to stitch pockets. I doubt if he gets a hearing much less verdict on his side. Even if mental anguish can't be put in numbers, In this case its a very small and insignificant matter and he has made his case ridiculous by asking soon much. How will he explain the no pocket anguish equivalent of 3 lakh. ' I normally carry a swiss knife in my pocket which I trained to use in combat and during eud robbers came and I didn't have a knife due to no pockets and they robbed us of stuff which amounts to about 270,000 and I could have stopped them using it thus I ask for damages. I stopped a robbery before as well using my trustee swiss knife in my trustee pocket'. He would have stood a better chance if he had not named damages. Might have gotten 500 :p :p.
