So in your solution we lose more territory, not to mention the independent part will be under Pakistan influence for sure if it doesn't end up merging, sorry but not possible.
The only solution possible is turning LOC into international border and even then many Indians would think being the stronger power why we gave up the claim.

I don’t think that’s possible. Atleast not now , would require the Musharraf plan, de militarization, 50 years back burner and then we see. That would mean taking back article 370 , and trusting Pakistan and China

India doesnt have to do anything,just wait.Pakistan is declining rapidly as a state even as our power increases steadily.As the power difference becomes ever more stark pakistani claims will become irrelevant.This process will be completed with next 10-20 years.

Not irrelevant...we all know India has been a superpower since 2012...it's 2021 now and India has far surpassed even Wakanda in technology...and in the next 10-20 years India will be moving to a higher spatial dimension. Pakistan better hurry to try and find a resolution to J&K.

Solution for jammu kashmir despute if no plebacite and one which would be agreeable to the majority is for pakistan to keep gilgit baltistan and india to keep leh district and to keep the 4 southern most jammu districts .the remainder of azad kashmir kashmir valley kargil district and pir panjal valley and chenab valley are given their independence.

India should keep Ladakh, Pakistan should keep GB. Rest should be freed.

The 4 southern districts of jammu are pro india and should be given to india whereas the kargil district of ladakh identify and are pro kashmir valley and should be given independence.the aspirations of the people should be taken into account
