So, given how the illegality of military courts to try civilians was pretty obvious to any half decent legal expert, how did the CJCSC, Naval and Air Force chiefs sign off on it in the National Security Council?

The rot is not just in a few Army generals, it has spread across ALL Military institutions to the point that clearly unconstitutional, illegal and treasonous actions (that are threatening to tear apart the country) are quietly accepted by the ENTIRE military leadership to ‘save their jobs and financial perks’.

Not one had the decency to either refuse to support unconstitutional and illegal action or resign.
