I remember as a kid to throw litter to the sniffer dogs who would tear the wrappers etc. whenever I had a chance at VIP events pre-sweeping.

And I mostly bought tins of soft drinks, as the bakery used to have super chilled ones.
It was our go to place, straight after school from lalazaar to the bakery. 😊

Wdym by "take control"?
If at all true and given CoAS is out of the country, the CJCSC could technically command the army leadership. Just depends on the collective appreciation of the army leadership to realize how many unprecedented things have happened in this country in the past 8 hours.

Honestly, such step from within the military will be harmful for Pakistan simply on account of the precedent it would set. However, given the complete state of anarchy in the country, we may not have too many choices except CJCSC sets direction, provides guarantees of IK's safety, calms the situation down, forces PDM to fold and gets the elections in motion....HOWEVER, there are far too many spoilers in all of the above.

You're fucking delusional. Military installation are public property but have the right to reserve entry. That is how it work everywhere in the world. they don't let any tom dick and harry to barge right in and make it their home.
And highcourt is not? Who gave them right to vandalise highcourt, and it does not matter if they are public property in rest of the world in Pakistan everything is Army's property.

But what does this mean? Sahir Mirza taking over
A soft coup (like a fk you to Asim munir and co) or is there a provision in the army act for the joint chief.

Also, if hafiz sb steps down, then I am assuming the intent is to cool the people down, and that means there is no threat of emergency, is there?
There is no real precedent for it, so when you hear people talk about “divisions” they aren’t wrong.

What's your take on Imran Khan's arrest?

You usually defend the army, but I am sure you must understand people's anger!
I shall still support the individual soldier that has to fight and sacrifice everything. They are innocent in this matter more or less.

The generals at the top orchestrating all of this however, I have 0 respect for. They lost it when they first kicked IK out of power (albeit I was still holding out hope that maybe just maybe they will admit their mistakes and allow him to take power again).

The current situation has ultimately pissed everyone off and rightly so. If this marks the start of Pakistan being able to finally stand up and fight the corruption which has plagued the leadership and politics for so long then so be it. I just wish that the damage is minimised as much as possible (to people's lives and livelihoods, so to avert a bloody civil war in other words).

Also to note I absolutely hate politics for this reason and it's why I prefer to stay out of such debates. It turns humans into animals, people willing to kill each other to grasp onto a slither of power that might give them some sort of 'superiority' over the common man/gives them more riches.
Well, Manipur's population is less than your Tier-2 cities, and the situation is under control. While protests are going on in entire Pakistan.
And yet still there is a shoot on sight order that was given. Great work 👏
