Opposition submits no-trust motion against PM Imran

Nawazu and Co need to be publicly hanged, we need a revolution, hang those found to be involved in corruption
Not only he but every corrupt and treacherous goon should face the gallows even if he is in PTI. A strict code should be there for politicians. Like Clinton was impeached not bcz he had affair with a girl but he was impeached on the charge that Why did he lie about it? When we'll gonna see such intolerance for lies and moral corruption.

A delegation of senior opposition lawmakers submitted the no-trust motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan with the National Assembly Secretariat on Tuesday, PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb said.
The confirmation from her came after a delegation of opposition lawmakers, including Rana Sanaullah, Ayaz Sadiq, Shazia Marri and Marriyum Aurangzeb, had reached Parliament House in Islamabad.
Aurangzeb said National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser was not present in his office which is why the document was submitted with the secretariat.
PPP leader Naveed Qamar said the motion, which calls for the requisition of a National Assembly session, had signatures of more than 100 lawmakers. According to NA rules, in order for a session to be requisitioned to vote on a no-confidence motion, signatures from at least 68 MNAs are required.
In order to make the no-confidence motion against the prime minister successful, the joint opposition requires the support of 172 MNAs. After the filing of the motion, the NA speaker has between three to seven days to summon a session of the NA to conduct voting.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and PPP co-chair Asif Ali Zardari are going to hold an important joint press conference shortly to announce "decisions" regarding the no-confidence motion against the government, according to a statement issued by the PML-N.

Opposition on a mission

Maulana Fazl had announced the alliance's decision to move a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan on February 18, saying that the PDM would reach out to the PTI's allies.
Fazl had said at the time that the opposition alliance had not yet decided whether they would bring the no-confidence motion against National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser as well, adding that consultations within the opposition parties as well as with the legal team were underway.
Since then, Lahore has been abuzz with many political meetings — between opposition parties as well as the PTI and its allies.
Last week, Maulana Fazl had claimed that the coming days were crucial as the opposition parties would take a final decision regarding submitting a vote of no-confidence motion against the government or requisitioning the session of parliament.
Claiming that opposition parties have the numbers required for the success of the no-confidence motion, he had said they had been trying to get the support of more than 180 members in the 342-member lower house of parliament.

I really hope all these scums and their families die a horrible death, they have the blood of many innocent Pakistanis on their hands. I wish our security forces did something about them but that seems to be out of the question.

Ultimately, I believe, that it would be better for IK, if he is deposed. Then, he can live rest of his life, either doing some further futile struggle, or choosing to quit politics altogether. In any case, what he conceived Pakistan to be like, is utterly impossible, under this sham democratic system.

Pakistan cannot change, unless a ruthless, ideological, institutional dictatorship, somewhat similar to the Chinese system, is imposed. But, this option also seems to be close to impossible.

if IK survives this oppositions "Julab" i hopenhe grows a pair and hang the corrupts!

This will be a sad end to our hope.

Of course, but that is, how life is. Societies don't get, what they don't deserve. Pakistani society is an utterly decadent society. It is simply obvious from the numbers and proportion of the people, who support PMLN, PPP, JUIF, PMLQ, MQM etc. etc. etc.

Fikur not. US will back new govt. You can even expect a phone call from sleepy Joe to the new PM once elections are ended. IMF will release loan tranche as well with lesser condition. Back to square one.

Never trust ARY and Geo in these matters, one is pro government and the other anti.

If IK is ousted it's going to be a bloodbath on the roads you'll see people in droves coming out in his support.
Bloodbath? Cringe worthy post. Its a political struggle, not some militant armed struggle. Nothing will happen.

So much assumption and theory.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.... they elect them over a plate of Biryani and then they distribute Ladoos seeing the back of them. Seriously can you imagine that Maulana Diesel, walking across the floor in UN building to represent Pakistan.
It has been decided Diesel will not be in power. Bilawal is the preferred choice for looking good in front of Western countries.
