I say it again. Singapore has to respect and abide by the contract. Which requires it to give up its shares to Suzhou local government on schedule. I don't know for what reason you blamed Suzhou government building a new District. This is fair competition between the two. Isn't it?

Why are you blaming Suzhou city to develop new district ? So, Suzhou should hold back all the developments in the city so that SIP can keep making huge profits for SG ? Lol, what kind logic is that and who give SG such rights to restrict Suzhou developments ?

Suzhou industrial park is not a factory. It's a big piece of land. Which is allowed to be adminsted by Singapore. If there is no time limit, it would become a semi-colony of Singapore. I do believe Chinese government would not let that happen.
