On Arab indifference toward the Peshawar massacre

Enough of the blame game. Let me ask all of you if a Pakistani takes money from the CIA to spy in Pakistan is the CIA at fault or the people who betray their country. If there are problems in our country we have to look for solutions rather then blaming anyone and everyone. The issue is simple the Arabs have helped us when we needed it and if they are some bad seeds there which i do not believe there are then there are whole forests of problems created by our system. The issue is non uniformity of our Islamic teaching, sects fighting and the tribal laws which are upheld with no state power. The areas need to be cleaned, the system needs a reset and the greatest issue that needs to be solved is our people being used by others so easily. We have weaknesses that can be exploited and we need to fix ourselves internally before we can point to external threats.

Also what a bunch of nonsense written in that article. Al-Arabiya is turning into a joke recently.

In fact contrary to what that nonsense article claims that school massacre was one of the most trending twitter topics that day and it was discussed a lot on various Arab forums and social media. Your country of residence Levina and their media also spoke a lot about this massacre. I saw it myself.

More than they did about the massacre that ISIS committed on Iraqi Sunni Arab women in Fallujah (that no single country condemned shameless because that's just "normal" now or just Arabs dying) or the Yemeni school massacre etc, the hundreds that died in Syria that day etc.

There is nothing wrong with Islam. It's the people that misuse it that have a problem. I am a practicing Muslim like almost 1 billion or other Muslims or so and 99,9% of us are not engaged in violence. I could not even dream of hurting a dog. I as a Muslim have nothing to do with those people that commit terrorist attacks and if people claim so they will obviously receive a hostile response from me.

Just like those claiming that Arabs are behind their self-made miseries. I will not accept this just as much as nobody here accepts the notion of all Pakistanis being terrorists. Simple as this.

We ordinary Arabs have nothing to excuse or apologize for to anyone as we are not responsible for whatever "our" unelected regimes did of ills or still do or what a tiny microscopic amount of our brethren do ON THEIR VERY OWN.

If people cannot understand this simple thing then they are frankly idiots not worth the time.
I know that every person that is born in SA is hatred about Iranians, but u need to stop calling Iranians "Farsi" .

Only the real believer who will feel the paint of another believer disaster. We can talk at PDF until times run out. The best thing we can do is to use our own hand to fix the problem, our mouth is important but it just show how powerless we are if we just use mouth as the only weapon to change some thing. And any problem in the future will be our own obligation, not Todays generation anymore.

@Pakistani members, you shouldnt look at what Arabs, Turks, Indians, Americans say about the attack, its more important to know what your own people say, as far as i know people want revenge for this covardly attack, its time for Pakistan to show strenght, sympathy from others wont change anything.

You guys priority should be to think about how to crush the terrorism which is paralyzing the country, what would it change if Arabs would mourn 24/7? Think about it, its surely the bloodiest attack on a school but is it the first time? Will it be the last time? No, so why not start to fight the problems roots instead of wasting time and enegy on useless topics as this one?

Most important is Pakistanis should start to care more about their own people, i know its not very popular among Pakistanis but you guys need more Nationalism to unite your people.

Guys...we should rather stop blame game..and end this post with solidarity towards the children of Peswar...Ultimately, Arabs stood by you in good times, when they gave money, it is your responsibility to build schools, roads and hospitals rather than mosques...So it is your choice and priority to make religious places than roads and schools...So Pakistan should not blame the act of few bad apples among the good ones....So have a look at your priorities, the world is with you to punish those child killers...God bless you...

Why should we believe that Pakistan does not continue to support terrorism and the Taliban in Afghanistan?

Yes, just like the US used the Afghan Mujahideen in their fight against the Soviets with Pakistan and ISI playing a crucial role in that too. I am not an American.

Nor can you use KSA supports "terrorism" when the state is not involved (the very same KSA is bombing ISIS in Syria and Iraq now and part of the coalition) just like KSA has worked closely with the international society to deal with this menace (home and abroad). KSA has listed those organizations native to Pakistan as terrorist organizations in case you do not know.

We are not responsible for what a tiny microscopic minority of nationals do. In such a case Pakistan has a huge problem itself as you guys have more potential terrorist than any other country. Just look at what is going on in your country if you don't believe this. That's the harsh reality. You can choose to deny it or not or just take a trip to Waziristan. It's totally lawless there. Millions of people doing what they please. Taliban like movements ruling the streets etc.

Understand that no sane person will take any responsibility for what their unelected regimes do (which are not involved in this anymore) nor what a tiny microscopic number of PRIVATE citizens do. Apparently this is very hard to understand for many Pakistanis on PDF. It's like talking to a wall.
I'm hoping you don't run a madrassa in Denmark.. its haram in there .. btw my phuphi lives there, I hope she stay safe in the presence of core islamists :enjoy:

@WebMaster @Horus @Jungibaaz @Chak Bamu
what the hell is this?
This is the Indian PM who showed solidarity to the Pakistan and those victims before that of your so called Brethren in the Middle East like mentioned in article. Why should he drag this man in to this thread?

Exactly and we admire it, then why are you screaming buddy? This thread was to discuss about Arabs and their nonsense, and one of your dihgckhgheaghgd brought his intellectual spanking into it. Just check post #3.

Based on the experience I have had interacting with Arabs here in Europe they are in general indifferent to Pakistanis. Indifference meaning they don't view Pakistan positively or negatively. So if as the author of the article in the OP is alleging that Arab media too was indifferent to the Peshawar Massacre then that is quite believable. I can understand why so many Pakistanis are frustrated with Arabs given that we are taught concepts like solidarity with other Muslims from a very early age. However we have to understand that for Arabs, Pan Arabism has tradtionally been the ideology predominant in their societies and although we sympathize with say Palestinians on religious and humanitarian grounds, Arabs sympathize with them because of ethno-linguistic ties. We really shouldnt expect anything from the Arab world hence as they dont expect anything from us.

you have no idea who the hell arabs help with this money... almost every madrassa I've see in my life is somehow funded by KSA and I know people going to Hajj coming back with money to establish MAD-rassas.. please, look at ground realities first.. they use a lot of their money directly on religious groups which actively keep working on new mdrassa projects... :cray:

Oh piss off already!

Does Pakistani media report and condemn the deaths and tragedies that occur all over in the MENA region!? No. Apart from coverage of Syria/Iraq the rest of the region gets no attention.

Do daily tragedies in the Yemen get any attention from Pakistani media!? No.
Do daily tragedies in Libya get any attention from Pakistani media!? No
How about the insurgency in Tunisia/Algeria or the Sinai!? Same bloody answer

All Pakistanis have done on this forum and in the media is try to find a foreign source to blame for this massacre and anything to latch on to and complain about when you should be uniting to fight an enemy that has arisen from within your own society.

Btw there's like 22 Arab states, with a multitude of state and private media outlets, I doubt anyone had the time to scour through every single one of them.

U smoking Moroccan weed ? or just high on fool ?

Try doing some research, even a google search.

For stuff that in not even protested in ME, is protested in Pakistan.

and this is our beef with our Islamic parties;

They protest Palestine, and openly threaten Israel.
They protest to / against muslim brotherhood
They protested Iraq from Saddam till now

So, dear you can go make love to your self

Pakistan's biggest problem has been our elders respected ME for Islamic reason beyond reason.

I hold, ARABS and Egypt in particular focus for EACH an EVERY vice in this world at this time.

Be that yahood to Pharoas to Syed Qutub, to MB to Zawahiri to current violence.

Next time, be better prepared to argue.

Why do not you guys stop affiliating Madrassa education..Try to regulate education only though the gov schools only. It will help you in long run...You guys has to come out of this to save your children from being brainwashed.

Also what a bunch of nonsense written in that article. Al-Arabiya is turning into a joke recently. This title of that article is a slap in the face and makes a joke out of us. Like anyone can show indifference to innocent children being murdered. Nonsense claim to make.

When I said "its time to look into what has gone wrong within Islam", I didnot mean that something is wrong WITH Islam au contraire I meant it was time for ppl to instrospect as to how it was being preached and taught.
I 've always believed that every religion teaches us to practise humanity and that no one saves us but ourselves. And its us who misinterpret religions...often.
It should be my wrong choice of words that made you conclude otherwise.

You're right that in this part of the world or atleast the country I live in, the newspapers 've been regularly publishing articles condemning the Peshawar attacks. And its also true that the killing of women in Iraq found very less space in the same newspapers, for that matter even the suicide attack in a school in Afghanistan was also ignored.

Many Iranian empires like Safavids and Afsharids ruled big parts of Arabia for several centuries , let alone Iranian empires before Islam ! Ottomans ruled your territories for several centuries beside Iranians which ruled east and North eastern of Arabia.
