Like I said in comment that it should be voluntarily.
I remember when I was a kid and went to Jamah cloth market in Karachi with my grand ma and saw a huge queue of people outside a bank. I asked my grand ma what they are doin and she said they are good people who are trying to donate for Qarz Utharo mulk sanwaro muhim so that people become independent of all the qarzas etc. Sad to see how it went down the drain and poor patriots were taken for a fool.
Remember we are the people who built Shaukat Khanum hospital and are still running it for decades along with Edhi, Chipa, Selani and Ansar Burni organisations.
People here are willing to donate for betterment of country. Only right and honest guidance is needed.
Buddy, I am willing to voluntarily pay so that the poor people are not burdened. I am sick and tired of looking at faces of poor workers who are worried about sky rocketing bills.
