One of my female colleagues, at around 7 pm she says she can smell her father around and is suddenly having strong emotional connection to him out of the blue. She really never talks about her family, but that day she started talking about him. By around 9:00pm we hear that at 7:00pm her father passed away. Probably her father went back to her daughter to say goodbye one last time...

There is suppose to be a fish eating ghost called maccho bhoot.. it keeps on asking fisherman in night time to give some fish from its prize catch..They steal fishes and also it seems they sometimes harm..

There is suppose to be a evil owl like bird which strikes lonely travellers and gobbles up the whole body

Then there are Man turning into tigers

of course the usual bhhot, pisach, Djinn and Betaal..the list is long..

i experience this sleep paralysis thing every now and then.

first time i experienced it was during my training days. there was something fishy about this house from the very beginning. it was unusually cold and was smelling weird . it was practically abandoned for a while now ( quarter master told me while helping me with my luggage )
so i thought this could be the reason for that weird smell. was tired because of traveling so crashed on the bed immediately. after sometime i felt like someone is trying to sneak into my bedroom. so i tried opening my eyes but couldnt do it properly. only managed to open them a bit. i could see a shadow kind of thing on the wall. tried turning to the other side to see who is it but i couldnt move a single muscle. tried asking if there is someone or to scream but no use. i was scared like whats happening to me. this continued for like 2 3 minutes and then all of a sudden everything was normal.

it felt like a dream inside a dream coz it was dark already and there was no possibility of any light or a shadow for that matter. got up fast took bath and met the quarter master again and asked him if everything is OK with that place. he asked me if i would like to join him for a drink. after couple of shots he said that there was someone who set herself on fire in that house years back but even after that few families has stayed in that house without any issues and if i am not OK i can change the place immediately. i said let me spend some more time there and then i ll let him know.

for next couple of months things went absolutely normal but then again i had similar paralysis experience except for that shadow thing. asked one of the doctors next day and he said its a natural phenomenon and it happens with a lot of people. searched about it on the internet as well.

initially it was a bit scaring but now feels normal. like any other bad dream.
