How Qatar has prepared the bombing of a camp in the Syrian Army

While the International Coalition planes bombed a camp of the Syrian Arab Army, December 6, Ukrainian Internet Berkut have made public new documents. They show that Qatar has bought Russian-made bombs in Ukraine so as to accuse Russia.
Pashynskyi Anton is 25 years old. He is an official of the Ukrainian arms export agency. He is the son of Sergei Pashynskyi, known for his controversial role in the shooting during the coup in Kiev in February 2014. This is currently a member of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine.
On December 7, the Ukrainian Internet Berkut released a new set of exhibits outlining the preparation of false flag attacks in Syria by the Ministry of Defence of Qatar. According to an email hacked Pashynskyi Anton, an official of SpetsTechnoExport (trader Ukrainian official weapons), dated October 21, 2015, wrote to his Polish partner level 11 the following:
" Good afternoon ! I have a new proposal. The Qatari army wants to buy 2,000 cluster bombs OFAB 250-270. This is an urgent matter. They are willing to pay 100 US $ 2 room. Learn how to deliver as soon as possible. The final recipient is the Ministry of Defence of Qatar.
End-Use Certificate (EUC) joint. "
OFAB 250-270 is a 250 kg bomb unguided currently used by Russian jets Su-25 and TU-23m3 to hit the positions of the terrorist groups in Syria and others Daesh:
The Air Force Qatar possesses French Mirages (multirole fighter jets) and Alpha jets attacked. None of them can not in principle be equipped with 250-270 OFAB. Hence the question:
Why did the Qatar Ministry of Defense sought to buy a considerable arsenal of bombs, not only unsuitable for its aircraft, but at a price three times (!) Higher than that of the market? (the 250-270 OFAB are sold at US $ 800 700 a piece).
The answer is awfully simple: any independent expert who would find employment for 250-270 OFAB Syria quickly conclude that these Russian bombs and are usually employed by the Russians.
