Utterly stupid to state things which everybody knows is not possible. If ISIS or any terror outfit really had capability to procure a Nuke bomb or even a dirty bomb, they would do it first and then send video or publish to the world proclaiming their capability and agenda to get legally acceptable terms from the people to accept and recognises their outfit perhaps as a independent country (what ISIS really wants of course)

Sadly, it was a plain stupid move to boast and name Pakistan (if its really true that Pak name was really taken or author just added it to make it a spicy report ready for western consumption). If Nuke procurement was so easy, India would have also happily procured Nukes from pakistan too!! after all that also is Export Import and good biz sense right..

Silly me.. stupid articles always trying to raise alarms and cause issues. Perhaps naming North korea would have benefited more but Naming pakistan just bcz of recent saudi arabia article and perhaps bcz of religious alignment was not needed...
