Actually they have banned some sites related to Sri Lanka coz of scandal clips, some of girls on those clips are actually victims, so one court has banned some sites and ordered to take legal action against those webmasters, also some foreign sites. so all together it's just 167 sites or something.

Most of Sri Lakan sites got disappeared suddenly, I didn't hear much news related to that.
If someone using your pics/clips, hacked ur FB profile/mail account or maintaining a fake FB profile using your private details..ect , Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Response Team (SLCERT) is there to take care those issues. (Internet Police) SL CERT
