There are far more better & stable countries like Pakistan where this investment can be done

conducting survey and going ahead with the project are two different things. It's common to conduct test and see if its feasible. Maybe they don't do that in India because you guys do not use world standard methodology for project

I don't want more Indians to die in crashes than they already do.HSR will be devastating for India as Indians don't have the capacity or ability to run it safely.Even capable europeans had a HSR crash,so it can be said that Indians will certainly crash their HSR,given Indian competence or lack of it.
