Those private enterprises are probably thinking of treating India as their new sweatshop.

However, those strategic assets are at the hand of the state-owned enterprises which are being directly controlled by CPC.

Ask me if CPC would allow to help India to build up the strategically important infrastructure? Considering the border issue, it is not only harming Pakistan, but also harming China's own national interest.

The agency which is doing the survey is the national rail regulator of PRC
I assume It would have taken approval of CPC first

The infra is going to be built with or without you
So why loose the chance of making some $$$$

We are not willing to go after the profit made from India at the expense of losing Pakistan.

i support our trade with India ,but should exclude infrastructure cooperation...
it's very dangous for our companies to undertake such projects in your country, for the bad society and laws envirinment.maybe nightmare in the end...

I really can't imagine that. Han Chinese (or any other Chinese who don't believe in supernatural old men named the Dalai Lama) aren't trying to go to India. Because they want to live longer and not be randomly raped and/or die of easily preventable diseases.

That's actually agreeable to both parties. India has nothing to offer China and vice versa. I've a feeling the deal thankfully won't go through. India is a superpower and has been since 2012, after all. India can develop HSR on her own. Jai Hind!

that's because of the long construction period, delay delay ...delay for shiiit reasons....the cost increasing fast..if it is India ,their would be more things happen that lead to DELAY...

It was the Chinese company's fault if it didn't seek all clearances before it started the construction project
No problem with Turkey or Indian laws
