Start with Punjab and close down the LeJ HQ.

Why don't you give me the names with proofs so I tell them to arrest so and so. Why some ethical need to be involved? 1 Muslim terrorist don't give us authority to hang all Muslim, same manner, if some baluchi is involved (we don't have proofs but still if involved), doesn't make all baluchis hang-able.
