Unha-2/3 vehicle is based on Taepodong-2 ballistic missile. Estimated data for Unha-2/3:

Diameter - 2.25 m (1.3 m - second stage, 1 m - third stage)
Weight - 78 t
Weight to LEO - 100 kg

1st stage - 4 liquid fuel engines (N2O4/UDMH).
2st stage - 1 liquid fuel engine (N2O4/UDMH).
3st stage - 1 solid fuel engine.

The Philippines remains 'HELPLESS' from the impending N.Korean Rocket launch where it's 2nd stage booster is projected to land near the eastern shores of the main island of Luzon while Japan and S. Korea already have their missile defense systems deployed, I hope this will served as a 'WAKE UP' call to the national government ...

Chinese Long March 1 or Israeli Shavit have also 3 stages for LEO. Russian Start-1 has 4 stages for LEO.
