China is a developing country, the US is the sole superpower and the global policeman.

Why is the global policeman afraid of an undeveloped country like North Korea? Why can North Korea build nukes, hydrogen bombs, ballistic missiles, threaten to nuke the US and get away with it?

America invaded Iraq for a lot less right? Did Iraq aim nuclear weapons at the USA?

I proposed a solution (i.e. America activating their contingency plans to remove WMD).
