Iraq have recover large chunk of ISIS territories, there are only one last major city ISIS hold in Iraq, and that's Mosul. And if Mosul was taken, ISIS will be force to evacuate to Syria. And then this would be Russian problem. But we all know Russia is not fighting ISIS, you can see nothing changes in Syria in compare to Iraqi capture town after town.

They (Including NK) can nuke the US anytime, US will nuke them back and then some. This is called Mutually Assured Destruction and the world is no more. You did not get the point, rough state or not, they nuke the US, US nuke back. This is not a problem for the US simply because US have been in many of these "Threat" already, be that from China, Iran, or Virginia Free Army.
