That's right what happens to NK is not just for NK...
I heard both China and the US made concession to reach this sanctions. The US made bigger one because Obama wants Xi to attend the Washington Summit on Nuclear proliferation he is hosting at end of Mar.
Utterly and absolutely. China's position is merely a reduction in some coal exports, some ore, but other than that, sanction is only by name and were used by political pundits in Washington in the name of political capital. Other than that, these recent rhetoric by Seoul such as how Seoul will board and inspect all ships going to Pyongyang ports ? We all know that is un-enforcable, LOL. Will South Korea inspect Japanese shipping en route to Sinuji, Wonsan, Shirotsu "Kimchaek", Haeju, Chongjin ports? Or will South Korea inspect every single Chinese shipping en route to said port cities? LOL!
Come on, we all know we should differentiate political talk from actual on -ground reality. What is evident is that besides high handed words ---- Beijing, Tokyo are really not that much scaling back with Pyongyang. Trade between Western Japan and North Korea continues. Unabated.
Only the naive fools who consume Washington publication pieces believe these gobbledygook !
