Even their flagship device Galaxy S2 hangs ..
Scrolling is slow

It surely isn't $100 phone

Most of the people haven't even used Windows phone and are busy claiming Android is better only because it has a higher marketshare
Just try a Windows phone in a mall U will understand what is a fluid and smooth UI which doesn't lag ..

Not to mention the awesome integration of Twitter and Facebook .. Plus live tiles which keep on updating/changing unlike Static icons of Android
