Not only Pakistan, but the UN and the entire international community recognizes Kashmir as a disputed territory. Ever wonder why on CNN, Kashmir is shown as part of neither India or Pakistan on the map.

NEW DELHI: India on Thursday said it would not discuss the Kashmir dispute with Pakistan until Pakistan stopped insisting that it was a territorial dispute.

Then what it's if not a territorial dispute?
The one who decided it to say "Kashmir isn't a territorial dispute" should read the 'history' at least, let alone partial or impartial.

Perhaps the Indian Government should send you to talks with Pakistan. In that way the talks will end in 3 mins and the discussions can be held at an airport

This is no different to 90% of the maps in the world.

Somebody also said possession is 9 tenths of the law.

I assume India has held Kashmir since independance..

I cant see this changing
