Military officials don't want to conduct national parade this year due to public sentiments. The excuse of "no money" is not that credible.
Prime Minister, however, want parade in limited capacity. He want fly past over his house. Nothing is final yet.

Public sentiments? Yet they are not ready to mend their ways. Busy in providing audio leaks to Ranasunallah to malign SC judges who so ever are not completely ready to obey their commands.

Not saying that they should start backing pti all over again but atleast be neutrals in true sense. Not giving punjab , kp elections date speaks volume of their intensions.

Rather than showcasing the weapons, the Generals should arrange a small play on political engineering and rigging elections in the parade. The cheerleaders can chant sazish nahi mudaakhalat, dollar neeche, stock market upar in the background.

The President and the nation will appreciate this gesture very much. Maybe invite Chiefs from other countries to show them how to manage the political landscape and be on top of their game.
