This is so shameful i have heard bilawal bhutto saying that in which country does c.j ask for or order for creation of dam. He knows that it isn't scope of c.j and i agree with that too but he doesn't know about scarcity in his own province and the condition of people over there. I know that it is not the domain of c.j to develop the dam but keeping in mind the ecological condition of pakistan i would say that no matters that creation of dam is not under the domain of judiciary thing that matters is that we should create dams on emergency basis.
