depends what class you try and what level. Also your original status is important (did you do much sport before or are you a couch potato).

I had my 1st competion after my 3rd year.

P.s.: made 3rd place out of 28. Not too bad.

I never thought people would take out good china plates to eat a burger...I have always flattened out the paper bag it comes in and hold the burger over the bag! ...as for pizza I either fold a slice and eat it standing up..or if any of the female members of the household Are around then I get a paper towel and hold it under the pizza to catch crumbs!
China plates, dining tables...all too much!

i´m already super excited and hope i can make it under the first 3 in my weight class. I´m cutting bf since almost 2 months now and it starts to tire me out. I get bad concentration and often i´m sleepy during the day.

Guess my first action after the competion is eating tons of pizza xD

I would say best to find a gym with a small body building community to guide you. Also bodybuilding.com is pretty good website if you want to give it a try.

One word: Italy

They will already look at you weird if you want pineapple on pizza ....whereas its quite popular in the bastardized forms outside Italy.
