First of all When these the so-called sailors were captured in Iran territorial waters at least 3 F-18 flew from American navy present in Persian Gulf at the time to rescue them , Iranian in return warned them to retreat from Iran borders and Farsi island and they didn't follow orders ( which isn't professional ) but once our air defense locked on them they obeyed ... these bullies should be taught that crossing our borders isn't tolerated by Iranians ...
Their boats crossed our borders and instead of apologizing they wanted to attack us again ... the same happened with British sailors in 2007 the UK instead of apologizing wanted to pass a resolution against Iran 'cause Iran captured its solders in its waters ...

UN and EU sanctions started since 2007 before Obama and were gradually increasing since then. Obama just approved what was ready already. But almost immediately he started searching for excuses to lift them.
