Taliban make enough problems as it is, I know some Tajiks who are anti-Afghanistan and don't really like Pashtun Afghans.

They say that a false identity has been imposed on them which is used to occupy their lands and genocide the people (referring to 'Afghan' which previously referred to only Pashtuns)

It's fair criticism, even their own countrymen say that Afghan means Pashtun and Pashtun means Afghan. They say Tajiks to Tajikistan, Uzbeks to Uzbekistan and Hazaras to the grave, also refuse for anyone other than Pashtun Afghan to rule the country.

They hate the Taliban while Pashtun Afghans support it in a majority.

What ideology they support ? Extremist islamists ?

Khorosan nationalism or Tajik nationalism because they claim Afghans seek to genocide them and treat them as second class citizens

Also when tajiks were part of USSR Bollywood movies were very popular overthrew. So it's a cultural liking as well.

The thing is to keep them in-check we need counter groups who can always been used as a leverage against them. For instance, if they don't stop TTP we can unleash this group on them.

A guy I was working with from Iran (came here during Islamic revolution) is not just secular but quite anti-Islam. Many people in LA area don't even want to call themselves Iranians, preferring Persian.
