New road brings hope to a Tibetan village at Indian border which used to have only 3 people

This is really amazing. Look at the location of this village. Surrounded in all corners by mountains. The only "easier" way outside is a valley (Note, China has build a road crossing the mountain pass from the North). At the very end of the valley is very close to India border.

This village has nothing to offer economically to the country.

This sort of infrastructure building is a money losing business, but a very big gift of the state to the Tibetan people.

I bet no one will want to follow Dalai Lama in his shthole land soon.

Very good. Very happy to see the Chinese people living in Tibet are having a better and better lives there.

Not too long ago, the village look like this. I guess China start to realize this village has large strategic significance as it borders the Indian.

At one point of time, the population of village dropped to 3.

Now China decide to migrate Tibetan elsewhere to this village.

I guess this village can serve the military garrison, and sustain itself economically by serve the army,
