Read my post above. That is your perception, there is a perception also of how Shia dont consider Sunnis Muslims. All these perceptions matter to their respective sides, neither is completely wrong or completely correct.
Well, I'm not Shiite. So It's not a Sunni Vs Shiite thing or "my perception", it's just based on facts, what I'm writing.
Discussions I've had with Bosnians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Egyptians and etc. They all have pointed out that there are some Mosques that they don't go to. Like the King Fahd Mosque in Sarajevo. Why? Because they spew the ideology that i mentioned earlier, there. "It's no wonder that there is a bomb going off every couple of weeks and Shiites are killed in Pakistan with what they say in there" said a Pakistani to me when we discussed the same thing.
True, However that there are Shiites that consider some Sunnis not Muslims or that they aren't following the "true path" of Islam, hell even a lot of Sunnis don't consider Wahhabis or Salafists to be Muslims. In either case, One actively encourages atrocities against the other. I've yet to see Shiites on a large scale actively say "Sunnis are the biggest enemies of Islam, It is halal to kill them because they are Kafir and etc" or anything bad in regards to Sunnis...Yet, i have seen plenty of Sunnis do exactly just that when it comes to Shiites. If you consider Salafists and Wahhabis to be Sunni.
Now, you are saying that Shiites are quietly believing that Sunnis are Kafir...So what? The Sunnis that we are talking about, if you wanna call them that...do not "Quietly" believe that Shiites are Kafir. They actively call for their killing, say that Shiites are the biggest enemies of Islam and etc. There would not have been an issue if they were just quietly hating each other. And that's where the issue is. I mean, the worst thing i can find from the Shiite side is that very few of them are insulting some religious figures that Sunnis hold in high regards, that's it. Other than that, they call for Unity and dialogue in regards to Islamic Matters. Now, personally...I wouldn't give a rats *** if anyone insults someone that lived over a thousand years ago, whether it's a Sunni or Shiite that does it...But that's not the case, the problem is that One(Shiites) likes to have dialogues, debate and discuss in regards to Islamic matters and to show that theirs is the right way or whatever, and the other likes to incite violence and animosity.
As i said, if you consider Wahhabis and Salafists to be Sunni.
