You try it and tell me how easy it is. Its not a nursery rhyme or a chant from your local team. To be hifz of the quran suggests a dedication to the Quran. If an educated career driven man can also be a hafiz of the quran, to me it suggests a devotion to it. Its also quite presumptive to assume he doesn't know what he's reciting.

No It doesn't , I know Hafiz Quran who do all sort of disgusting stuff, and been a Syed means nothing ( to me ) at least , as i follow the Prophet's words very literally " No one is superior to another " .

There are harami everywhere. Doesn't mean the exceptions should define the rule. As far as I'm concerned anyone who commits to and completes hifz of Quran has a commitment to Quran. Anyone who maintains that knowledge maintains the commitment to Quran. If you forget it, then clearly the commitment is not there anymore.
