I've asked the same question many times, seems like no one is interested to guide.

An advice: before creating any thread, it would be more appropriate that you may spend some time on different/other threads with your interest and participate accordingly as this practice will help you understand the environment, rules and Section for creating thread etc as well would help you to avoid duplication of subject.

At the time when you try to create a thread, a screen/message will pop-up telling you that why you can't create a thread and there will be reason so follow the message. Beside that minimum 1 week membership duration or so is must before creating any thread along with number of posts as 25.

Working as Project manager for an EPC somewhere in Middle East Without reservation on anyone else, as patriot and having interest in Pakistan's defense and strategies, i find this forum to be intriguing. Lets see how the interaction goes. Been away from threads / forums for past 8 years. This one can be a good opportunity to return back. Brainstorming is always helpful.
