Makes sense, no matter how much money you get if you don't have a number you can't buy a car in Beijing, I know some very rich people in Beijing waiting for almost 10 years applying for a car but still can't get. I don't know if that's the solution, car sharing. they are all clean energy cars. There are several places I can see around where I live having those spots, but parking is a problem, you can't park them everywhere.

This is democracy for countries that have not achieved western standards in demographics and education. Too much power in the hands of very low knowledge people. China had same problem and it was terrible before a strong government used force to make right adjustments. Sometimes it is necessary to take doctor's bitter medicine than it is to take lollipop from candyshop. The people in our countries are actually very similar in development before but the difference is government. We can ignore all this very obvious and clear results of different government or we can do the hard thing and really make improvements. Of course very rich and powerful people have too much power influencing government members. So the system is hard or impossible to replace. That's why China's revolution helped the major population rather than just elites. It's easy and comfortable to dismiss this as propaganda but I am not a communist and I don't really like them or their enemies but I think sometimes a strong government forcing people a certain way is better for majority.
