The vest in the first article is built by drdo. It only helps in cooling temp. in hot whether and only for 2 hrs while the second one one is from a private company which develops a whole range of next gen infantry products. Their jacket works on lithium battery which can be recharged and it last 8 hours without charging and it maintains body temperature regardless of environment temp. whether it is 40 degree C or -40 degree C.
