New CM Punjab - Usman Ahmad Khan Buzdar Elected - Whats your views ? Dos/Dont's for Punjab Growth ?

Sardar Usman Ahmad Khan Buzdar Elected as the New Chief Minister of Punjab Ending 10 year rule of PMLN - The New ruler will govern 110 million Punjabis - He was elected as 20th Punjab Chief Minister after securing 186 votes against his rival PML-N’s Hamza Shehbaz Shariff who could obtain support of around 160 MPAs.

What will be the Do's/Don'ts List for Punjab Growth & solving Punjab's immense problems ? What will be "Main Punjab response"? Capital of Lahore left alone? A lot of people are becoming furious, and angry for selecting Electable as CM Punjab.

What's your personal views about Usman Ahmed Khan? Can he manage to rule such a difficult, hard and tough Province?

List of my concerns, issues, and positives of Punjab Province:

1. Usman Ahmed Khan claims he will change Punjab with new tabdeeli, but he only talks about his poor DG Khan area where he will loot rest of Punjab money and show his own tribe that he has brought change?
2. Usman Ahmed Khan, buzdar says there is no electricity, fact is the locals use Solar electricity free of cost, and they donot want expensive electricity
3. There are allegations in media against Usman Buzdar in murder cases and Usman Buzdar unfortunately is ELECTABLE, and whole Punjab given to an Electable, part of pressure group of Janoobi Punjab
4. On ground South Punjab Province is empty air, South Punjabis donot want a new Province.
5. Issue of planted interview by PTI on media
6. Media is more or less against him
7. Given Imran Khan's history of making wrong decisions and team for example Javed Hashmi, Reham Khan, and so many others, Should we in 100 Days will decide that new CM Punjab Usman Buzdar has been worst for Punjab and particularly Lahore, and Main Punjab.
8. Can an uneducated, from poor background, know about industrialization drive in Punjab? what's his policies?
9. What will CM Punjab, economic strategy?
10. What will be Investment policy and strategy for Punjab's growth?
11. What will be education strategy, development strategy for Punjab?
12. What will be the big Lahore governance, electricity, and the problem solving of capital of Punjab Lahore by this man?
13. What will be building, road, and construction policy by CM Punjab?
14. What will be Land Reform strategy in Punjab?
15. What will be Agricultural growth?
16. Law and Order ?
17. Health policy in Punjab?
18. etc etc

Very serious issues regarding Sardar Usman qualification, competence, no experience, no governance, and no development to rule a large Lahore and a large Punjab Province, WTF only South Punjab province making is not the solution?

I hope and I'm positive that Punjab will grow under PTI's govt. I'm not sure about his capabilities as of now but I trust IK and I know that CM is not alone. He will be assisted by Ch. Pervaiz Elahi, Ch. Sarwar and cabinet in addition to the check by Imran Khan.

Pmln thinks only Lahore and Northern Punjab is Punjab. What about the rest? Especially Southern Punjabi Siraiki belt that has been neglected for decades.

I agree all the journalist community, 90% media just became all against this Imran Khan's decision of nominating Usman Ahmad Khan. To much attack. This should have waited for 100 days and their concerns for Punjab economy going down and eventually they themselves as media men going down when crisis, and problems start arising in Punjab, Lets hope this does not happen.

Bro you are not getting to the point, Usman is an ELECTABLE, only a few electable joined PTI, he has no credibility after leaving PMLN, and then joining PTI 5 months ago only, what is Tabdeeli/Change? what is his qualification about all the investment, production, land reform strategy Usman has never spoken? PTI made a planted interview about Usman Khan. There are serious concerns about him, a totally unknown. How will he manage the big Lahore itself let alone whole of Punjab.

I agree with you, sensible post. Am optimistic about the Naya Punjab, I am not sure about Pervaiz Elahi credibility but believe Ch. Sarwar and Imran Khan credibility as both are foreign qualified and has vast experience.

PTI should dissolve current local bodies and conduct re-election under empowered local bodies system to manage day to day affairs and it will make issues like Paving streets, sewage, water, garbage collection etc. irrelevant in next General elections.

Anyone thinking that Mr. Buzdar will be running province is living in fools paradise, IK is prone to make wrong decisions like any human being (maybe more) but he isn't that much idiot that he will leave a province who is house of 51% of Pakistan's population on wisdom of Mr. Buzdar - that also when CM actually have more powers than PM in most of areas. He is puppet to showcase that CM is from most backward area and will be acting like rubber stamp while others will be doing the actual job.

LoL I donot actually know the meaning of patwari, other than some link with PMLN but anyway, I have never voted for PMLN in life. By God swearing, i voted first time out of curiosity for change, & IK must be given once chance to rule, and I voted for PTI when I was in Lahore Johar Town - NA 135 Halqa PTI Karamat ALi won.

So this party association never affects me, no matter how much labelling anyone does - i have no association with PMLN/PPP or even PTI. So I know the truth what it is.

Mian Sanp, used to sit on all the funds like snake and kept all the powers in his hands. This will surely not be case in PTI's government, when all ministers will be powered and doing the Job then CM will be there just to fulfill the formalities and signing the documents presented to him. You need a dumb/weak person for this role and Buzdar look fit for it, it will take away the baggage of Takht-e-Lahore ruling Punjab as well and he isn't someone who can become challenge for PTI unlike other bigwigs.

Well if PTI wants to challenge the politics of electable in long run than it's mandatory that PTI develop and retain support base and vote bank for party not personalities - and to achieve this it have to deliver promises with big names taking back stage.
