No it was not. Dusan empire was divided between small feudal lords after his death, and all those feudal lords were defeated one by one by Ottomans. Emperor Uros was a weak ruler without any real authority, and each part of the country was ruled by local feudal lords. Even during his life he was forced to accept Vukasin Mrnjavcevic as a co-ruler. And after Vukasin's death in the Battle of Maritsa (with many other Serbian southern feudal lords), Uros died not long after. After that it was feudal lord, against feudal lord...... For example Lazar Hrebeljanovic and King Tvrtko I Kotromanic against Nikola Altomanovic.

Turkey has cards with Turkic nations which some of them were a part of Ottoman empire and later on Soviet Union so if Russia goes against Turkey then it will also indirectly go against their former "allies"/territories.

Turkey isn't weak... Its a middle eastern super power afterall, stronger than Iran if I may say though I wish that ruling party of Turkey actually acted like Ottomans and respected minorities.

If your president and goverment was smart Hurshid then he would allow Kurdistan under condition that it is in federation with Turkey as a compromise between his and kurds agenda which would be a bonus if Iraq collapses and Turkey gains territory and even partial control over Syria.

Try to attack our Navy or even try a tactical missile (or artillery) attack / conventional or nuclear on Turkish Territory.

Amerikan Bilim Adamları Federasyonu ve İtalyan Silahsızlanma Bilim Adamları Birliği başta olmak üzere çeşitli kaynaklarca, 2009 yılı itibariyle Türkiye’de İncirlik üssünde 90 nükleer bombanın bulunduğunu iddia edilirken, bunların 50’sinin ABD ve 40’ının evsahibi ülke (Türkiye) kontrolünde olduğu ileri sürülüyor.
