That is more applicable to Israel. It is not the Palestinians that are purposefully jeopardising the peace process through illegal settlement building or moving their capital against international law. Yes, there are terrorists who are (claiming to) campaign for the Palestinian cause which is immoral but not entirely unjustifiable given they are many a time just reciprocating the favour to the Israeli government and army.
