Yeah, let the Chinese keep issuing loose leaf visas to Indians in Kashmir and Arunachal and objecting to the Indian PM's visit to Arunachal and the situation you describe is not far away. In fact it is only logical that India reviews its policy on a host of issues. Just wait for the dam project on the Tsangpo/Brahmaputra to commence and see what happens. India is a democracy and no govt of the day can disregard popular sentiments.

i am personally not worry about this, first the relationship has to be nearing war and situation i describe is not all that bad for china, what does china NEED india for? sure the trade money is nice and some raw materials are good but there are other places to get it. on the other hand this will given beijing a free hand with its river projects, cooperation with pakistani and other reginal allies and god knows what else they wanna do. now im not saying india need china for anything, just that whats relation with taiwan gonna bring ya?
