Need Prayers

Question: I used to do about an hour of cardio exercise as well as some weight lifting before I got covid. Shall I start doing it again or wait till I fully recover?

With the kind of weakness and loss of stamina that I am experiencing, I somehow have a feeling that its not good to start exercise and weight lifting for now. What's your take on it?

Let the body heal before restarting training as reduced oxygen absorption during training would be detrimental. Go for walks and do mild breathing exercises.

It'll all come back but takes a few weeks. You'll know when you are able to take a full and deep satisfying breath.

I don’t want to be a downer, but I want to share two things. Please don’t go to the Gym and exercise, a lot of COVID infections occur from asymptotic people breathing heavily and infecting other. Please work out outdoors if possible. Secondly, you can be reinfected again. I have had patients get reinfected within a matter of weeks, and have been readmitted. Please exercise caution.

Bro eat small chunks of ginger before eating food. sunlight exposure is must. May god save your family from this virus. here i see people without mask daily. i can only pray for these people.

Can take vitamin C much as possible. ... it's oranges season, have it ..or take orange juice .

Pray to God, and follow the guidelines and isolation, give special attention to your wife, kids, and old father who has a condition, ask everyone to not overthink about it, because any stress or anxiety will make it worse, just Trust Allah and be patient.
