Need Prayers

.
Tips for others:

Never let this virus get on your nerves and don't be afraid. If you catch the virus, then all you can do is to pray and stay strong. Do a lot of prayers.

Drink a lot of liquids (juices, shake, kahwa etc.) - the only thing is, make the juice / shake with slightly warm water or normal water - avoid cold water. I had kahwa made of lemon, garlic and ginger that I usually had 3 - 4 times a day. It really helps.

Don't forget to keep eating throughout the day. At the peak of it, I wasn't feeling like eating so I had to reduce the quantity of food intake and increase the number of meals in a day. Sometimes, I would eat about 6 times a day (short meals). Its very important to keep up the energy level so eat more of boiled vegetables, fruits and soups. I also ate grilled chicken and fish regularly.

Take hot steam or nebulize yourself 3 - 5 times a day to help with breathing.

At peak, I had to take 2 panadols every 5 - 6 hours, the key is not to let your fever go out of control. After 5 - 6 hours, you'll start feeling cold so you'll know that panadol effect is reaching to an end, so you eat something and take another dose.

I found Vitamin C very helpful, try taking it at least once in a day. I was having difficulty breathing initially so my doctor told me to take Asthator 5 (5mg) - 2 tablets a day. It helps with blood circulation and breathing:

It's also important to keep track of your oxygen level, if it drops below 93, call emergency. Buy a standard oxymeter to keep checking this:

The most important thing is to be strong and never loose hope.

After WFH for over 8 months, with my assh*le boss kept insisting that we should go back to office all the time without any apparent reasons, we finally went back to office in November. We were sitting in separate rooms, always used face masks and sanitizers, kept the distance etc.

3 days ago, my Boss decided to travel back to Pakistan, thus got tested for Covid and was identified as positive. That's when we were called in, and by the time my appointment came - i was already feeling fever and body pain. Everyone in office, including me, are covid positive. We most likely got it through kitchen or washroom.

Anyways, today my entire family got tested positive including my 72 years old heart patient dad, my 2 years old kid and my wife who is 3 months pregnant.

Please pray for us all and speedy recovery.

Sorry to hear this news bro. Will pray it goes away and leaves your family in peace.

Brother my dear mother of 80 and my brother were both hospitalized with it and i had it too. Horrific time for the family.
Both are back home and mum has shown remarkable strength to kick it into touch.
There was dark moments where i thought we were not going to make it but by the grace of god we are hear and thankful to god for giving us a second chance.
Best thing we got sir was an oximeter and multiple vitamins - keep taking long breaths and increasing that oxygen level.
Peace.....

Thanks everyone for all the prayers and support, meant a lot in the difficult time.

Covid is not a joke, especially when your whole family is affected. But Alhamdulillah, Allah has given us all a second chance. Everyone including my infant and parents have recovered and yesterday we have completed our treatment / quarantine period. My dad has also returned from hospital after getting discharged.

None of us have any symptoms for past 4 days and are all in good health. We all however are feeling some slight after effects of covid, which doctors said will go away in few weeks / months as this is known to be the case with most of covid survivors. Nothing serious Alhamdulillah.

I wish all of us stay safe from this virus, please take care of yourself and your family.
