Need help regarding pma L/c 136

Aoa , I am in first year of fsc and gained 329 marks in fsc part 1 which is 59.81% and I'm short of only 1 mark for 60 %(330).Am I eligible for pma L/c 136? if not than, is there any way or case so I can apply because I'm less of only 1 marks?
