What's new

Nawaz will go to IMF - Imran will collect taxes: Choice is yours

this should be interesting.....
NS paid Rs, 38/- tax as PM.
his govt. never paid pack US$ 12 bill in foreign currency accounts of the people of pakistan, instead he used that money for the defunct yellow cab scheme - paid for the motorway with private money....

.
I would like an educated response from a PMLN supporter on Nawaz's policies and what will be implemented within 1 year?

Congratulations to Mr.Nawaz Sharif. Let he and his team of ministers to re-frame a peace-loving Nation. Good Luck.

We have made our choice. Getting rid of slavery is a hard part. We have to put in a lot of effort. So easy way out is to elect people who will keep us in this slavery.

Its difficult to see light when you have been in dark for so long. Poor Pakistan has made the wrong choice. They will pay for it.

really, tell me one thing... let say if taxes are imposed on farmers, will crops price will grow? Will Consumer will be effected from it? what if major crop producers in a place are small farmers (like we have in Pakistan)? Will it effect more price growth? Will consumer be more effected from it? I can give another example of taxing foreign remittance, where Remittance can decrease due to this and will increase inflation.

Taxing always effect consumer, which is why government should have there own resources

What you are saying is called raising taxes.

What I.Khan is suggesting is collecting taxes. There are billions of rupees lost because people don't pay their taxes. This is what PTI wants to address. Same tax levels but more tax collection due to wider net.

more Taxes are not solution, but increasing business, bring more money into market is the solution. We need electricity free zones, even lower tax zones... Solution is to reduce expenses like SS did in Punjab.

But yes first thing first, Power generation need to be increase.

PS: IK said most of the industrialist don't pay taxes, but as per FBR around 60% taxes comes from only industry.

Abb toh beta IMF he jayoge

hey it is not complicated. You don't need PhD in economics (those degrees are way overrated anyways) to see the following:

For someone to afford their daily rations (while he is not blessed with oil gushing from their area):

-- A. Work for someone
-- B. Borrow from someone

There are countries who follow point A

there are countries who live on rule B

China, S. Korea, Taiwan etc. fall in category A

Greece, Spain, Pakistan etc. fall in category B.
