With due respect. I understand, Dams fund is an optional thing. But why not taxes? You cannot refuse to pay taxes, it is something you owe to the state. Even if it was PMLN government, people are supposed to pay taxes, you cannot opt out of that unless the conditions are extreme and apparent, otherwise you lose the rights and the entitlement of a Pakistani citizen.
