This is during Musharaf time and what he is said mattered in that context and time. Besides two wrongs do not justify one another.

By revealing a state secret (allegedly) related to an even in 1998 serves what purpose? It doesn't harm any of the individuals he claims to be against (IK, Bajwa etc). All those military personnel from 1998 are retired and irrelevant now. This revelation is only to hurt state of Pakistan and shows the length he is willing to go in his blackmail.

Baburs are completely different from Tomahawks and an indegenous development for Pakistan - even slight variations in shape requires complete engineering analysis and testing etc. the technology available to Pakistan to manufacture Babur is also different from technology available to US to manufacture Tomahawks.
