He is right but not all bad there are good person also existing in military service.
Democracy also not existing in its pure form.
Other institutes also do not working in pure form. So Finely MI and ISI both checking the Armed system. Again there are good and bad peoples every where.
Never think any institute with full of good peoples.. All thing depend on Socialization and training.
There is one institute thinking in its worth level of corruption and estimated by NAB is "POLICE".
