The long march is not an end to itself. It’s objective is to increase the pressure on the institution pulling the strings.

The game of nerves was already lost when the DG ISI himself came to the press conference. That’s the only first round though.

The pressure keg will be built by PTI. The establishment will try to release it, by any which way possible. Abducting journalists, threatening MPs, lollipops of election dates, threats of martial law, NROs. Mistakes will happen and capitalized upon.

So kids, please be patient and watch. This is a long drawn out battle.
