Sir is this about the Solace Marine boat ?

I doubt it as those would be owned by the Indian navy and the article in post 1 says "The interceptor speed boat was one of the two boats the Navy hired from a private agency." That doesn't sound like navy's newly raised Sagar Prahari Bal

"The boat does not belong to Navy. It is hired by the Navy for patrolling the river. Naval persons are on board only at the time of patrolling. The operation and maintenance of the boat lies solely with the contractor. When the fire took place today, there was no naval person on board," said Defence CPRO, Kolkata, Wing Commander SS Birdi.

That river is the Hooghly river at Babughat in North Kolkata.
