NATO Shifts Supply Lines Away From Pakistan To Central Asia

. . . .
Oh really? Iran? Iran was the first country on planet earth to recognize Pakistan in 1947.

We may have few issues with Afghanistan here and there, but nothing serious like the territorial disputes India has with all its neighbours.

If Afghanistan really wanted the UN to intervene and call that border disputed, like how Kashmir is disputed, they could have done it a long time ago.

You bharatis are our only enemy.

Backtracking now.. Are we..?? You said that Pakistan does not have a dispute with any other country except India. I have already shown Afghanistan is an open Dispute and the folks in Afghanistan regularly call Pakistan a supporter of terrorists. You call that No Dispute?? Ok, may be the dictionaries in Pakistan are a little different from rest of the world ;)

It is depressingly sad that you completely ignored the real meat from my post; picked up one sentence, twisted it and posted a reply.

Any ways try and look this way. Any war is never a static situation, all wars are highly dynamic; specially the long ones. In this war time has come that it DOES NOT MATTER NOW how US looks at Pakistan. What matters more is HOW PAKISTAN LOOKS AT US (and I am not exaggerating at all). US has had a real beating in the last 10 years, the morale of their forces is really low, the so called allies are now planning to pack up and go home. To this, add that there are so many new problems propping up in middle east and north africa. To this, add that the US and european economies are not in a good shape.

I fail to understand that how US can think of twisting Pakistan's arm when they are desperate for success !!!!

Because US is fast coming to conclusion that success has evaded USA in Afghanistan due to its partnership with Pakistan..

^^^just one war and, boom India will lost so much =(

Isnt it sad that Pakistanis rely on the fact that they have nothing to lose in case of a war because today they pretty much have nothing as compared to India and use it as an argument on why India has so much to lose if a war happens...lol

.
No problem. I hope they do shift the supply line as soon as possible. ;)

It doesn't matter what you want cause your government and Army need their aid more than any thing

That is what we are doing, have you not read that the Pakistan army is destroying these scums one by one, its only a matter of time, as the cowards are seeking refuge in Afghanistan. Now the only thing America has done productitve is moan on a continious basis, such a shame that a superpower that fluants its power cannot beat a ragtag group, but seems to always force Pakistan to do the job.

Again, its Pakistani nationals on Pakistani soil that your army is fighting. These Pakistani nationals are responsible for terror strikes within and outside of Pakistan. USA may or may not be justified in complaining about Pak no doing enough, but Pakistan for sure is not justified in moaning about loss of economy due to having to clean up its own back yard of the mess created by its own leaders (read the great Diktator Gen Zia and successors) whose stench was messing up the neighborhood.

.
Why are you worried about ISAF costs? The WOT is causing huge losses to Pakistan and lives of Pakistani soldiers and civilians is higher than any cost in the world. Pakistan needs to limit its role in the WOT and focus on educating a rising population and building the economy.

You are confusing the Terror situation in Pakistan (leading to loss of life in Pakistan) with NATO supply routes. The deaths are because the terrorists in Pakistan have become too strong for comfort and are killing people at will. Where as the NATO supply route is transferring equipment and supplies to Afghanistan via Pakistan.

And the WoT, that was started by Pakistan?

It doesn't matter how much you drool, it is positive for Pakistan anyways.

The fact that WoT was not started by Pakistan busts the delusions of bharatis that are commonly expressed and summarized in post #226. The fact of the matter is that these guys do not acknowledge the role of WoT or minimize it to near non-existance.

BTW, a large number of these terrorists aren't even Pakistanis to begin with.

OK I fully accept your logic that none involved in terrorism are Pakistanis, then who are they? How did they get there? Who is housing, financing, feeding them and giving them arms training?
Finally if you know them, then whats stopping you from going after them, in South/North Waziristan or places near Lahore, and recently new centers around Karachi.

Is it the fear that's hindering the operations, or is it that many in higher places are hand in glove with them?
