The architects for the Afghan Taliban is not the GHQ but internal issues inside Afghanistan. Plus the invasion of their country and all that went along with it. GHQ is an auxillary to them. Even if this auxillary went away, the Afghan Taliban and other Afghan groups will continue to fight as their country was invaded and some of their compatriots colluded with the invader. They cannot accept this.Calling whatever you want mate, but there is a strong international commitment and I am sure this is giving some food for thought for the architects of the Talis in GHQ
On the contrary I see this as strong commitment and belief by NATO/US and others in the ability of the NUG to keep standing at the end of all this.
Besides NATO is not going to leave without achieving her mission; if NATO can achieve this indirectly via the NATO created Afghan state post 9/11 she will gladly take that. NATO will be there for decades to come of course "hosted" by a gracious Afghan state.
