Yaaaraa saaath uusskii body beiii hai but I'd rather have a chest & not a bosom like these body-builders do ! :D

Body nahi hai toh banaa sakte ho...VIN DIESEL BUTT banane ke liye itnaa toh karna padega.

I just don't like that puffed up look ! However I do dands (Hindu Pushups), baithaks (Hindu Squats) & a lot of skipping so I'm alright with the way I am.
 
waise bahan AJTR ne "Vasugiri" karane wale Razpak ki bahot Bahan-Dhulayee ki.....:lol:

AJTR behen ko dhulaayi mei Phd degree dene k baare mei JNU Delhi ko recommendation karne waala hoon mai.... par darr hai ki apni bhi dhulaayi na ho jaaye....

Achaa beitaa tum logoon ka koi exercise regimen hotaa hai ? Koi pushups wagheraa, koi 1 mile in 6 mins, ditch running etc. ?

Hindu push up and baithaks will help to strengthen muscle & keep you in shape

To get muscles .... do benches & weighted squats and add 6-7 boiled egg whites plus 5-6 bananas in daily meals.... sasta but effective health diet !

3 months mei you will be close to Jason Butt or Vin Butt !

Wait tell me more about the exercise program ? Kiyaa pushups hoootiii hain..kiyaaa ?

kitni bhi koshish krlo bhai smart honay waly ni ap;)
Pushups,running..!! varies that now you have to cover this much distance in this much time,
sit ups,chin ups. there are sooo many exercises for our fitness, partial curl,hamstring stretch etc etc...

Oye... you are talking like an expert....sorry to ask but are you a gym instructor or a physician?

I used to follow an exercise regimen called the 5 x 5 Strong Lifts which essentially involved free-weight, compound exercises thrice a week whilst progressively increasing weight per workout by a total of 2.5 kg !

Workout A

Squats - Bench Press - Barbell Rows (I used to go for the Yate's Row coined by the body builder Dorian Yates)

Workout B


Squats - Deadlifts - Overhead Press !

So its 5 sets of 5 reps each ! Its a wonderful powerlifting program.

Unfortunately I had to forgo it because the deadlifts started killing my lower back & my wrong form in them was compounded by my wrong form when performing barbell rows ! So I ditched them in favor of Power Cleans but the back still never was as it used to be before I incorporated Hindu Pushups & Hindu Squats, before I eventually left weights for just them ! My endurance is sky high right now & for strength building I tend to go more for isometrics ! Try them some time...they're really effective.
